A unique eight week training programme to support you, manage your thoughts, work with emotion, overcome blocks, and start to execute on your personal vision.

This training aims to support participants to create their own personal Mental Fitness practice using Mindfulness and Positive Psychology exercises to build Mental Capacity.

Hello, I'm Adam, your guide and supporter here at Mental Fitness Circle.

I crafted this curriculum to provide Mindfulness and Positive Psychology tools that are super useful in supporting personal Mental Fitness. It's designed based on my experience working with teams in the fast-paced Professional Services, Creative, Tech companies. If you plan to work in these industries it's likely you'll get a lot of value from this coaching experience.

Building reserves of Mental Capacity


The exhilaration of tackling exciting projects and producing great work can be fulfilling, yet, over time, it may also deplete our mental reserves, leaving us feeling drained. The aim of this course is to Rejuvenate Your Mental Capacity. We all need to build and maintain a reserve of mental capacity to face life's significant challenges head-on. When our reserves are low, bouncing back from adversity becomes significantly more difficult.

This course offers a step-by-step process to enhance your mental capacity, preparing you to excel in your work and to possess the resilience required to navigate the personal challenges that life inevitably presents.

We inhabit a world laden with pressures and demands—this is the nature of human existence. Conditions such as depression and anxiety have become commonplace, and struggles with mental health can touch anyone of us or someone close to us at any time. Providing unconditional support to our children, maintaining relationships or dealing with separation—all these aspects of life consume a substantial amount of our mental energy.

The sources of these pressures vary; some are external, like deadlines and the need to increase revenue, while others are internal, stemming from our thought processes. Without a concerted effort to cultivate positive thinking patterns and behaviours, our nervous system bears the brunt, leading to deteriorating physical health.

Hence, from day one, we advocate for proactive measures to build a robust mental fitness practice, rather than waiting for potential risks to escalate into full-blown issues.
