About the course
A unique eight week training programme to manage your thoughts, work with emotion, overcome blocks and enable positive transformation through change.
This training aims to support participants to create their own personal Mental Fitness practice using Mindfulness and Positive Psychology exercises.

8 weeks of self paced content: meditation, reflection and visualisation practices, and activities.
Time commitment - 30 minutes a day
